Job Description :
Generate periodic reports summarizing server host utilization, incidents, application performance, VM statistics, and incident reports, as well as ticketing system data.
Provide first-level support for incidents, analyze root causes, and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
Install, implement, and monitor monitoring tools on available servers for crucial components such as CPU, RAM, and Hard Disk.
Install, implement, and monitor Application Monitoring Processes (e.g., New Relic, Elastic) for enhanced performance tracking.
Set up alerts and policies for monitoring components and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) in accordance with best practices.
Integrate alerts with communication channels such as email, Telegram, or SMS as per company requirements.
Monitor and manage ticketing system administration.
Manage DNS, including pointing, extensions, and new purchases.
Administer SSL certificates, handling installations, extensions, and new acquisitions.
Monitor the mail server in terms of utilization, user management, credentials, access, and proactively address anomalies in traffic.
Oversee the operational and administrative aspects of company server hosts, both bare-metal and cloud-based.
Requirements :
Minimum D3/S1 education in Computer Engineering/Information Systems or a relevant IT field.
At least 1 year of experience in NSOC/operational/monitoring teams.
Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, New Relic, or similar.
Knowledge of DNS management and records.
Basic System Administrator skills (SSH, restarting Apache, HTTP logging, error reading).
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Anywhere (WFA) setup.
Availability for 24/7 and shifting work schedules.
