Job Description :

  1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and campaigns

  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the specific skill sets needed for open roles

  3. Do the end-to-end recruitment process

  4. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates

  5. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team for employer branding activity

  6. Up to date with trends and innovative recruiting techniques

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

  2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process as Tech Recruiter or having experience in Startup Company

  3. Strong analytical thinking and time management

  4. Strong communication and negotiating skills

  5. Agile and adapt to dynamic changes

  6. Target oriented, creative, proactive, able to work in team or individual

  7. Experience in social media for employer branding activity is a plus

  8. Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume/applicant databases

  9. Notes: the position will need full WFO in our head office - Cipondoh, Tangerang
