We believe that every user should have complete control over their personal information. In line with our privacy commitments and in compliance with Google Play’s Data Safety policies, Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, and global standards such as the GDPR, we provide this dedicated page to help you manage your data.
This page allows you to submit a formal request to either delete all personal data associated with your account or to permanently close your account along with all related data.
We offer two types of requests to meet your needs:
Request to Permanently Delete Your Account and Associated Data
This option is intended for users who no longer wish to use PILO POS and would like to permanently delete their account. Once your request is verified and processed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our system and cannot be restored.
The data that will be deleted includes:

Login credentials such as your registered phone number or email address

Merchant or business profile information

App preferences and configuration settings

Any customer data linked to your account
To request a permanent deletion of your account and data, please complete the following form on Pilo POS application.
How to Delete Your Account from Within the App
If you prefer to delete your account directly from the PILO POS mobile application, please follow these steps:

Log in to the PILO POS application using your registered credentials

Go to the Profile menu located at the top right corner

Select the option labeled Close Account

The app will show an information screen with warnings and details based on your account type

Tap Close Account Now to proceed

Enter a reason for closing the account if desired (optional)

Confirm your decision by selecting Yes, Close My Account

A confirmation screen will appear and your account will be closed
If you are a merchant owner, you must ensure the following before closing your account:

All billing and payment activities have been completed
-
No pending or active transactions remain
Once the account is closed, access will be revoked and all related data will be deleted permanently.
Processing Timeline
once you submit a request to close your account, your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer be able to access it. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been completed.
Important Notes
Permanent account deletion cannot be undone. You will lose access to all features and data.
