Job Description :
Identifying business needs.
Understanding how technology solutions are implemented and creating plans to use them efficiently for business objectives.
Creating detailed business analyses, defining business requirements, outlining issues, and discussing solutions for operational and technical changes.
Collaborating with the Product Manager and communicating project progress to stakeholders.
Tracking and validating solutions and measuring changes in organizational value for further improvement
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Knowledge of: finance, H2H payment systems, teamwork, fundamental business analysis, requirement analysis, good communication, direct involvement in SDLC.
Ability to think systematically, be organized, honest, disciplined, and work under pressure.
Software configuration and design.
Financial reporting.
SWOT analysis, MOST, requirement, and design analysis.
Hard skill: System analysis, Business model analysis, Mind mapping, Process design, Problem-solving, Eliciting requirements, Documentation
English speaking minimum Intermediate – fluent.
Ability to create FSD/BRD/other technical and business documents.
Knowledge of Payment Gateway/Finance Technology and Digital Loan System/LMS (Loan Management System).
Experience in designing projects in the Finance Technology industry related to e-Payment/Banking/Payment Channel.
