
Job Description :
Strategy & Costing :
Menyusun strategi bisnis tahunan/kuartalan, pricing & bundling, proyeksi revenue–cost, dan memegang report keuangan LoB.
Menetapkan target akuisisi merchant/partner, GTV, take rate/MDR, margin kontribusi, churn rate, cost acquisition.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement :
Mendesain paket solusi (payment gateway, remmitance, POS, loyalty & data) sesuai segmen retail (F&B, minimarket, jasa, health & beauty, entertainment, dll).
Membuat playbook sales, materi pitch, komersial & kontrak; mendampingi AE untuk deal strategis.
Produk & Daily Operation :
Berkolaborasi erat dengan Product Owner untuk roadmap, prioritas backlog, uji pasar, dan peluncuran fitur.
Menjamin compliance & readiness operasional: onboarding KYC/KYB, rekonsiliasi, settlement, dispute/chargeback, SLA.
Insight & Kinerja:
Memimpin weekly business review: funnel, win/loss, cohort merchant, LTV/CAC, unit economics, dan aksi perbaikan.
Memastikan dokumentasi bisnis, SOP, dan governance rapi dan dapat diaudit.
Requirements :
Pengalaman 5–10 tahun di payment/fintech/bank/retail tech; minimal 3 tahun memimpin unit bisnis/produk komersial.
Paham mendalam domain retail payments: QRIS (acquiring/merchant aggregator, payment gateway, VA/billing, EDC/POS, subscription, loyalty, dan ekosistem merchant).
Pengetahuan regulasi & standar: BI/QRIS, PJP/PJPAS, anti-fraud, ISO, PCI-DSS (nilai plus jika familiar), KYC/KYB, rekon & settlement.
Bukti capaian komersial: pernah mengelola GTV/RPV skala besar, menaikkan take rate, dan mencapai target revenue–margin.
Keterampilan bisnis: Cost & Revenue, pricing, negosiasi, deal structuring, kontrak, kemitraan B2B.
Keterampilan analitis: membuat business case, forecast, unit economics, dan dashboard kinerja.
Komunikasi & leadership kuat; mampu memimpin lintas fungsi (Sales, Product, Ops, Legal, Finance, Marketing).
Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris aktif.
Nice To Have
Jejaring kuat di bank/BPD, PSP, aggregator, brand retail besar, POS.
Pengalaman meluncurkan program loyalty/CRM retail.
Familiar arsitektur API, integrasi POS/OMS/ERP, dan penerapan SLA operasional.
Pengalaman turnaround/scale-up LoB atau ekspansi ke beberapa kota/region.
