
Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Administrative Management, Human Resources, Law, or Psychology
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administrative roles
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skilled in administrative tasks, document filing, and HR documentation
Experienced in using HRIS, preferably Talenta
Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
Familiarity with BPJS Health & Employment regulations
Understanding of employee insurance administration
Requirements :
Perform, review, and manage all administrative tasks related to employees, including attendance, leave, and permission records.
Create and manage employee-related files, documents, and correspondence.
Maintain and update an accurate and up-to-date employee database, including personal details and employment records such as salary adjustments, job status changes, and personal information updates.
Update employee work schedules based on operational needs.
Handle end-to-end administration of employee BPJS (Social Security and Health Insurance) and private insurance, including registration, data changes, and claim processing.
