Job Description :
Discuss with stakeholders regarding project targets, scope, cost and schedule
Working closely with clients, or vendors related to the project.
Collaborate with Team Leader Programmer, Quality Assurance Team Leader to allocate teams to projects
Monitor the project progress
Create work projects
Initiate joint meetings with stakeholders involved in the project
Maintain team morale while working on projects
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in English ( Reading, Speaking, Listening) is a must
Communication & Negotiation Skill
Multitasking
Required Skills: Project Management, PMBOK (nice to have) , Agile-Scrum, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Leadership, Time Management & Team work.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work overtime
Willingness to travel around Jabodetabek (if needed)
Willing to work from office (Cipondoh, Tangerang)
Have Knowledge of Banking technology (Nice to have)
Have knowledge super apps technology such as grab, gojek (Nice to have)
